2025 East Bay Summer Camps

Two summer programs will be held in SF East Bay, CA at Axellent Academy: 6711 Sierra Ct STE A, Dublin, CA 94568 this summer. Both camps will be held June 9th – June 19th (No Class Saturday June 14th):

  • Day Camp from 9 AM to 4 PM with levels for AMC 8 Problem Solving (Advanced Middle School) and AMC 10/12 Problem Solving (High School)
  • Evening Camp from 7 PM to 9 PM for AIME Problem Solving (Advanced High School)

2025 East Bay Day Camp

Dates: June 9th – June 19th (No Class Saturday June 14th)

Times: 9 AM to 4 PM (parents bring to class and pick up after class each day)

Discounts and Scholarships for 2 Week Day Camps

No discounts are scholarships are available for evening camps.

Please contact our office at for the following discounts which need to be verified manually. We are available via phone at (949) 305-1705, email at info@areteem.org, or areteemhelpdesk on WeChat.

  • Discounts
    • Returning Summer Camp or Winter Camp Students can get $100 off when registering for an onsite day camp. Welcome back!
    • Groups of 3+ Students (at least 2 new students per 1 returning student) can receive $75 off for new students and $50 off for returning students when registering together as part of the group.
    • Siblings can receive $100 off for each student who registers together.
  • Scholarships
    • Students who are win a Gold, Silver, or Bronze prize in the ZIML Monthly Contests can receive a $100 scholarship. (Students can win at most one ZIML scholarship, even if they win prizes in multiple months or divisions.)
    • Students who qualify for the AIME can receive a $120 scholarship.
    • Students who qualify for the USAMO or USAJMO can receive a $350 scholarship.
    • Students who qualify for State MATHCOUNTS can receive a $120 scholarship.
    • Students who qualify for National MATHCOUNTS can receive a $350 scholarship.
    • Top 5 National MATHCOUNTS Winners receive a full scholarship!

You must apply any discounts or scholarships during the registration process, discounts are not applied retroactively. Students can receive at most one discount or scholarship. All discounts are for 2 week onsite day programs only.

Areteem Summer Program Refund Policy

The official summer program refund policy is available on the registration site at this link. In summary:

  1. If you complete all the required application documents but are denied admission to the camp, the tuition (minus the $75 application fee) will be refunded in full.
  2. Regardless of the completion status of the required application documents:
    1. If the student cancels enrollment 61 days before the program starts, the amount of the camp tuition, minus a $200 administrative fee, will be refunded.
    2. For cancellation requests made between 30 and 60 days before the program starts, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
    3. No refund is available within 1 month of the program start date.
  3. Areteem reserves the right to cancel a camp at any time (due to low enrollment or any other unforeseen reason). In the result of a cancellation, students will be notified as soon as possible. Students in camps canceled before the start date are entitled to a full refund. In the extreme event that Areteem needs to cancel a camp that has already started, students will receive a prorated refund.

* Exceptions can be made for special situations (e.g. medical reasons) on a case-by-case basis at Areteem Institute’s discretion.
