2. Visit the camp page to complete supplemental documents so Areteem teachers better understand the student level and ensure they are a good fit at the camp:
   1. Student Questionnaire for student grades, accomplishments, and student and parent statements
   2. Optional Assessment Test to better understand a students mathematical level (required for students who do not have previous math contest scores)
