Areteem Institute will participate in the 2025 Stanford Math Tournament held April 11-12, 2025.  The contest will be held in-person at Stanford University.  We will have one team, consisting of 6 members.  There are a few requirements for participation:

• You must be in high school.
• If your high school is sending a team to SMT, you must participate with your school, not Areteem.
• To join Areteem team, you have to reside in Southern California, in Orange County, Los Angeles County, or one of the surrounding counties.
• The contest is held at Stanford University.  You are responsible to arrange your own travel and lodging.

The contest is held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 8am to 5pm Pacific Daylight Time, at Stanford University.  There are also activities on Friday evening April 11, 2025 for students to participate.

If you have not done so already, please fill out the Google form at https://forms.gle/5z1rBXGiK6qVyyGCA to tell us your name, grade, school, email, parent contact info, etc.

• Sign up for an account at comp.mt, the contest portal for SMT 2025;
• Sign up for the Stanford Math Tournament 2025 -> SMT 2025 In-Person;
• Fill in your details, and then you will see a page with “Join an Organization” button.

The cost for each student is $40, which covers the registration fee, team T-shirt, and some costs charged by the contest platform.  Please click “Add to Cart” to complete the payment of the contest fee (if you haven’t done so), putting the student’s full name in the order notes field.

• Paying $40 via Zelle to epay@areteem.org is also acceptable (in fact, Zelle is preferred).
